About

Hi, I’m Rogge!

I founded Gone Rogge in 2016 to help mission-driven organizations design more accessible, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

My work sits at the intersection of UX strategy, systems thinking, accessibility, and storytelling. I partner with nonprofits, foundations, and advocacy organizations to translate complex ideas into clearer engagement pathways, digital ecosystems, and scalable design systems that help people navigate information and take meaningful action.

Across websites, onboarding flows, campaigns, and organizational infrastructure, I’m especially interested in reducing friction, improving clarity, and building systems that strengthen long-term connection and participation.

I believe thoughtful design is not just about aesthetics — it's about helping
people better understand, access, and engage with the work that matters to them.

Let’s build something meaningful together.

  • Hannah, sitting at their desk, drawing sunflowers.
  • Aurora borealis, as seen from the winddow of a flight I took last year.
  • A black and white marbled etching print I made that looks something like an abstract aerial map.
